What information do we collect?
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. For security and spam prevention, requests are rate-limited using a short-lived hashed IP identifier stored in Redis. The contact form also uses Google reCAPTCHA when you consent.

How do we use your information?
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry or message. Your contact details are not used for marketing or sold. Processing the contact form involves our email provider and Google reCAPTCHA; optional website analytics uses our analytics service when you consent.

How do we protect your information?
We implement security measures to protect your data. Only authorized personnel can access your messages, and your data is transmitted securely.

Cookies & Consent
Optional analytics (Umami, served from analytics.halilyesilyurt.com) and Google reCAPTCHA load only after you select Accept. Analytics may process page visits and technical request information; we do not claim that analytics has no privacy impact merely because a cookie is absent. Select Reject to keep these optional services disabled. The privacy notice stays closed by default. Open Privacy Settings using the cookie icon at the bottom of the page to make or change your choice. If you reject, the reCAPTCHA-protected contact form is unavailable.

Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse on our forms. reCAPTCHA may collect information about your device and interaction with the site, and may set cookies as part of its security measures. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
